Registry Settings for Action Center alerts

I found a lot of people on the web, like myself, looking for how to turn off Action Center alerts.  Most of the responses were "turn off the service", but I don't want to turn off all Action Center alerts I just want to selectively turn off some of them.

This post led me to the correct area of the registry: Disabling a specific Action Center message via script or registry key but it still didn't get me all the way to where I wanted to go.  The "Answer" tagged shows how to turn off the Windows Backup message but no others.

I, like the poster that led me to the correct registry area, am not going to try to go into detail as to what every item in that area is about but I am going to clarify the three items that I was looking to turn off:

Windows Update Messages:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Action Center\Checks\{E8433B72-5842-4d43-8645-BC2C35960837}.check.103

Spyware Messages:

Anti-Virus Messages:
